Here are some Blackberry apps that I wrote on my leisure. You are more than welcome to use them for free, as well as distribute them for free. Not for sale or resale. I reserve the author's right. Read disclaimer here.
MaraTick 
A simple todo list maker for any Blackberry with OS 4.0 or higher.
Version: 1.0.8. Features include:
- Checked off items are automatically pushed down to the bottom of list
- Unlimited number of list and list size
- Auto-complete with a built in dictionary (user propmted to load upon install)
- Self learning dictionary of todo items
- Icon selector provided to customize each list
- Todo items can be selectively copied between lists
- Entire data can be copied, backed up/restored to or from any BB app
- Items can be moved up and down along the list for easy prioritization
- Item's move can be triggered by ALT+click or ALT+M
- Each list integratable with BB calendar
- Duplicate a list menu, usefull when you have a template list
- Email a selected list, the receiver will 'Copy' it from email and import using 'Add Data from Clipboard'
- Delete all Selected on List screen
- User can select item name or measurement vocabulary when 'Loading vocabulary from Clipboard'
MaraTick was written by me, to help reduce paper waste. It is named after my daughter Mara, who cares about mother earth more than I do. Therefore, more people would use it, better it will serve it's original purpose.

BlackShield
A little, silly, screen saver kind of app for Blackberry with OS 4.3 or higher. Features include:
- A blackberry floats across screen
- Navigation ball click will hold it on, navigation ball roll will throw it
- Clicking navigation ball again will smash it!

How to install OTA
On your blackberry web browser, navigate to this page: http://www.mongoltoronto.com/bb/mt/MaraTick.asp, and follow further instructions. You will need to a data plan from your wireless carrier to do this.
How to install via Desktop
You will need a Blackderry Desktop Manager to be installed on your PC. Then, download and unzip MaraTick.zip somewhere on your PC, open Blackderry Desktop Manager, go to Application Loader, click "Add...", navigate to MaraTick.alx that is unzipped from MaraTick.zip, and click "Next", ..., you got the idea. You can download Blackderry Desktop Manager from here.
